Daishin Kashimoto's CD with Chausson's Concerto for Piano, Violin and String Quartet, recorded together with Éric Le Sage and the Schumann Quartet, was released by Sony Classical in October 2024 and was promptly voted Album of the Week by BR Klassik radio.

Daishin Kashimoto starts his three-year residency as soloist with the Kurpfälzisches Kammerorchester at the end of October with two concerts in Mannheim Castle.

Daishin Kashimoto performed Toshio Hosokawa's violin concerto Prayer with the Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra under Sebastian Weigle as the Japanese premiere at Suntory Hall in Tokyo (27/7/2023).

At the beginning of March, the world premiere of Toshio Hosokawa's violin concerto Prayer was performed by Daishin Kashimoto and the Berliner Philharmoniker, conducted by Paavo Järvi.
